The turtle

The turtle is feeding peacefully on the bottom three metres below the surface while Oyvind is watching it carefully. He has got a new underwater housing for his Fuji F30 camera, and he is eager to capture some images of the beautiful animal. We are on holiday in Akumal in Mexico, and while a school of fish is circling in the background, Oyvind prepares to dive down and capture the image of his life. I hold my breath and glides down on the bottom without disturbing the turtle. Oyvind reach the bottom and starts photographing without the turtle even notice him. When he turn and swim for the surface to breath, the turtle raises its head as to say “Are you leaving already?”. I squeeze the shutter button on my camera and capture the moment with my camera.
